Refresh iPad Browser Session

If you run into any scenarios where the NTS TEAM-ED website is not loading, you can try two scenarios to start the session over.

Option 1: Refresh Safari

  • Tap the Refresh icon
    • You should see the login screen or TEAM-ED
  • Go to Option 2 below if this does not work


Option 2: Clear Safari History and Website Data

  • Tap and swipe up starting from under the dock to show all app sessions
  • Tap each app and swipe up until all apps are gone
  • Go to Settings on the dock
  • Scroll down the left side of Settings
  • Select Safari
  • Scroll down the right side of Safari Settings
  • Select Clear History and Website Data
    • This will log you out of TEAM-ED
    • Your login information will not be erased
  • Select Clear
  • Clear History and Website Data will turn gray to confirm it's clear
  • Select the blue NTS icon
  • Select the email field or password field
  • Select the blue icon or gray icon to fill in the fields to login
    • If you aren't automatically signed in, select Sign In
    • You do not need to select Keep me signed in
