In the event of a power outage or loss of Wi-Fi, you can use the PDF saved in the Adobe app on the iPad to find registered voters.

Splash Screen / Login Screen: If you see a blue login splash screen, you do not login with any email or password. Close the screen by selecting the X in the top-right of the screen.

1. Select the red Adobe icon on the dock at the bottom
2. Select the PDF file
   • There will only be one file for your entire district
3. Select the search icon shaped like a magnifying glass in the top-right to search for a voter
   • We recommend searching by birth date
   • The PDF will not search partial criteria.
     • Example: First initial and three letters of last name will not yield results
4. Search for a voter by birth date
   • Searches must be exact with single or double digit days and months along with forward slashes
     • M/D/YYYY
     • M/DD/YYYY
     • MM/D/YYYY
     • MM/DD/YYYY
   • Results will be highlighted in orange
5. Select the Back or Forward buttons to jump to the next result
   • If there is another result, it will be highlighted in orange

Note: Pinch and Zoom with two fingers at any time to increase the view of the data
